At Olmsted Bev Co, we offer multiple bar packages that can be customized to ensure they fit the needs of your wedding, corporate gathering or special event. You focus on having fun, let us do all the work.

You have enough to worry about when it comes to planning an event, but when it comes to bar services we can guarantee a stress free experience. We’ll arrive, set up the bar and do the work for you. Don't worry about a thing and let us handle the details!
THE TOTAL PACKAGE
Cruiser & Trailer great for larger events in or outdoors 6 customizable taps, “His & Hers” drinks, hand poured bar options, beverage station with iced tea, lemonade & water. Want to give your guests the freedom to make their own drink decisions? This is the package for you! We’ll provide your guests with options for beer, wine and cocktails. This will be a one way ticket to ensuring everyone is having a good time!
POUR & SERVE PACKAGE
This package is staffing only.
We provide professional bartenders and servers for your event. We happily guide you through the planning and purchasing process. Our staff will serve and pour with the products provided by you, our client. You can be confident that our staff will properly execute your vision!
WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE
All packages can be customized but already include:
1 hour of set-up and 1 hour for takedown
Setup will begin 1 hour before the bar is set to open, wrapping up generally takes 1 hour
One bar with linen & back up bar and linen
Cruiser and trailer come with Olmsted Bev Co bar and linen to serve draft drinks
Standard 6 foot table with linen for garnishes, hand poured cocktails and decor
Bar Toolkit
Wine + beer openers, cocktail shakers, trash cans, muddlers, garnish trays, towels, etc.
Alcohol purchasing guide with complete assistance
Support with purchase quantities for beer, wine, spirits, mixers, garnishes & ice
Olmsted Bev Co Does not sell alcohol instead, works with liquor stores for alcohol orders so you - payments for liquor can be done online
