THE OLMSTED’S

Hailing from the West Coast, we moved to Tennessee in pursuit of a new adventure, a fresh perspective. Little did we know that Tennessee would breathe a whole new life into us. With this new sense of purpose we set out to make the dream of owning our own business a reality. Roots down and taps up, Olmsted Bev Co. came to life! We are on a mission to bring you the finest craft beer, wine, cocktails and mocktails that you can find in East Tennessee, served from our fleet of vintage bar rentals for you to enjoy on whatever occasion we show up for!

Behind the name.

Our name is rooted in history, Frederick Law Olmsted is known to be the greatest agricultural architect of all time. Fred was one of the designers of Central Park in New York. He believed in “respecting the genius of a place” and we’ve always carried his motto close to our hearts. We share a passion for nature and working to preserve all that it has to offer. When moving to Tennessee we wanted to connect with the history, culture and people around us. The wide variety of folk that pass through the Smoky Mountains allow us to do just that, and cool them off with ice cold draft beer while doing so!
